2. Payment Processing

All payments for PDFStamp subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy, our trusted payment provider. LemonSqueezy handles all payment processing securely and is PCI-DSS compliant.

For any payment-related issues, you can manage your subscription and request refunds directly through the LemonSqueezy customer portal.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If PDFStamp is unavailable or significantly not working as described, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • Billing Errors: In cases of duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
  • Unused Service: If you have been charged but have not used the service (considered on a case-by-case basis)

Free Tier: The free tier of PDFStamp has no payment required and is therefore not eligible for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days of the billing period
  • Partial month subscriptions (refunds are not provided for unused time)
  • Change of mind after subscribing
  • Subscriptions that were actively used during the billing period

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  • Your email address associated with the account
  • The date of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Once we receive your refund request:

  • We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed through LemonSqueezy
  • Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed

7. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

8. LemonSqueezy Guarantee

LemonSqueezy offers its own refund protection in certain regions. For EU customers, LemonSqueezy provides a 14-day money-back guarantee. Please check LemonSqueezy's policies for regional refund protections.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PDFStamp after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
